pkr97 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr97 ("pkr97", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pkr97 online gaming platform accessible at pkr97.org, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. pkr97 reserves the right to request evidence of payment method ownership. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of deposit. pkr97 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.3 Funds Usage

Deposited funds held in your pkr97 wallet are held for gaming purposes only. pkr97 maintains player funds separately from operational funds. Deposited funds that have not been wagered are fully returnable upon request, subject to identity verification and compliance with these Terms.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Process
